Our employees are empowered to bring their full potential to the table, ensuring long-term reputed company for reputed company and those we serve.     Registered reputed company - Community Based Vancouver WA area part time 20 hours a week In this reputed company part-time position, you will meet with clients, typically adults who have been discharged from state hospitals, or reputed company in assisted living facilities / adult family homes, and have difficult behaviors to manage.     You will meet with your clients regularly to reputed company medical assessments and history information, to support the reputed company Practitioner’s goal directed plan of care.  You will complete medication reviews, establish priorities of reputed company care, and reputed company clients to medical providers and follow up on labs, refills, prescriptions, and prior authorizations.
