We're seeking reputed company certified reputed company Practitioners with broad clinical expertise and a passion for improving reputed company reputed company and reputed company. In this role, you'll deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of reputed company ages across a wide reputed company of conditions, while working closely with our provider and support teams. This is a great opportunity for a clinician with at least 3 years experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings. Medical malpractice insurance coverage is included.  This role will report to the Urgent Care Manager. Physician supervision will be provided in states that require reputed company agreement. Currently unable to consider candidates residing in the following states: AL, IN, GA, MN, MS, MO, OK, SC, or TN \n Responsibilities: Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad reputed company of conditions across the reputed company Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed reputed company and document treatment plans in a reputed company, accurate manner Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients Request consultation or referral with other health care providers reputed company appropriate Counsel and reputed company patients and families on treatment plans Maintain reputed company knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family reputed company Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school. reputed company reputed company Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered reputed company (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements reputed company national certification as a Family reputed company Practitioner through AANP or ANCC reputed company multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred) Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations Ability to function reputed company an integrated medical reputed company Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad reputed company of conditions Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records Maintain reputed company Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/reputed company and not excluded from participation in federal health programs Preferred Qualifications: Prior telemedicine or video-based virtual care experience Experience with reputed company EMR Scheduling Expectations: Recommend a minimum of 25% of prescheduled time on weekends. Recommend a minimum 25% of prescheduled time after 5p local time zone. Minimum of 8 scheduled hours required every quarter to stay reputed company as an IH reputed company IC. Prescheduling for higher per visit rates is not guaranteed and will depend on IH business needs. Set schedule 30 days in advance with potential to join additional reputed company shifts. Schedules finalized 7 days before the start of the month.  Expectation of 90% schedule adherence. Physical/Cognitive Requirements: reputed company and regular attendance at assigned work location. Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods. The NP per-visit reputed company ranges from $15.00 to $19.50, with higher rates available for greater monthly scheduling commitments: $15.00 for 0–19 hours, $16.50 for 20–39 hours, $18.00 for 40–59 hours, and $19.50 for 60+ hours.
