Duties & Responsibilities  Analyzes, designs, develops, modifies, writes, edits, and implements software programming applications.  Analyzes and defines software requirements to determine specifications and standards.  Proposes software solutions.  Determines the cost of new and modified systems and engages in the proposal process.  Develops, designs, and edits original applications, or modifies reputed company-party applications.  Tests and approves applications.  Trains users and writes training manuals.  Manages user support and feedback.  May specialize in one or more areas of development, including network, operating systems, databases, or applications.    Required Skills  Competencies: Technical expertise.  Debugging skills.   Problem-solving skills.  Detail oriented and ability to work as part of reputed company.    Qualifications  Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience  Performs work with a high degree of reputed company. Handles the most reputed company issues. Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.  Working Conditions  Office Setting    Supervisory Responsibility  Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
