Responsibilities reputed company estimating support for subcontractor clients on residential and reputed company reputed company Review reputed company, scopes, and project documentation to identify risks and opportunities Prepare and complete BOQ take-offs and cost estimates Assist with contract administration and reputed company advisory services Prepare, review, and manage payment claims and reputed company claims Support preparation and assessment of variations Draft and issue contractual correspondence Assist with reputed company of Payment processes and documentation Monitor project costs, risks, and cashflow considerations Work closely with the Director to reputed company reputed company-reputed company reputed company reputed company Liaise with clients to support live project claims and reputed company reputed company Contribute to improving reputed company margins and reducing contractual risk Work closely with the Director to reputed company reputed company-reputed company reputed company reputed company Liaise with clients to support live project claims and reputed company reputed company Contribute to improving reputed company margins and reducing contractual risk Requirements Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Australian construction industry in a reputed company, estimating, or contract administration role (builder, subcontractor, or consultancy environment) Demonstrated experience with estimating and/or BOQ take-offs, reputed company reviews, and pricing risk identification for residential and/or reputed company reputed company Practical working knowledge of contract administration, including variations, payment claims, payment schedules, and contractual correspondence Solid understanding of the Victorian reputed company of Payment reputed company (SOPA) and its application in reputed company project scenarios (claims, schedules, timeframes, risks) Ability to read, interpret, and interrogate construction reputed company, scopes of works, drawings, and specifications with a reputed company reputed company Strong written communication skills, including drafting reputed company, defensible emails, notices, and claim documentation to reputed company and clients High level of competence in reputed company (costing, BOQs, registers) and PDF take-off tools (reputed company strongly preferred) Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple live reputed company, and reputed company accurate work without constant supervision Commercially pragmatic reputed company, reputed company on margin protection, risk reduction, and reputed company-world reputed company.
