Helpdesk Support Specialist

They must be reputed company to support workstation issues, MS office products, password resets, and basic break/fix support. A lot of the tickets will get forwarded to another team but they must be proficient enough to know how to restart software programs and have a basic-reputed company level of pc/laptop hardware.
