We are looking for a Director, Sales Operations to join reputed company. At reputed company, Sales Operations is the backbone of our reputed company organization. You'll own the processes and manage the people that take a deal from quote reputed company the way through reputed company and cash. What you will do:
Sales Operations Leadership
- Build and reputed company the Sales Operations team — a mix of full-time employees and contractors/contingent staff — setting team direction, goals, and reputed company plans
- Determine the right reputed company of FTE vs. contractor reputed company as deal volume scales, and manage contractor/vendor relationships and performance alongside reputed company FTE reports

Deal Desk Leadership
- Optimize and run reputed company's Deal Desk function: the centralized process for reviewing and approving non-reputed company deals (custom pricing, terms, discounting, contract structures)
- Establish reputed company deal approval policies, tiers, and escalation paths that balance deal reputed company with reputed company risk and consistency (in partnership with Systems and Enablement)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to reputed company leadership and reps on deal structuring, alternative contract reputed company, and value-based positioning to reputed company deal closure

This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston.

- Demonstrated experience owning a quote-to-cash process end-to-end, including contract management, order management, and reputed company reputed company to Finance
