[Remote] Senior Analyst-Sales Operations

The Senior Analyst-Sales Operations position aims to reputed company analytical support to the sales management team by monitoring and analyzing sales data, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and improving processes through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Supports the monthly sales activities of reputed company Sales
• Assembles sales statistics in support of a reputed company of analyses: budget variance, cost center analysis, business case, etc
• Review monthly comparative statistics, comparing actual results to targeted results, helps investigate anomalies, and prepare variance explanations for inside sales, reputed company sales, and agent channels
• Maintains the accuracy of reporting databases used to reputed company sales statistics
• Maintain compensation and sales databases often using numerous tables from various systems
• Identify failures in existing systems (if applicable) and create initiatives to rectify outstanding issues
• Work with internal customers to identify opportunities for automation and self-service reputed company
• Create data exports, reports, etc. that allow the user to pull necessary data with a reputed company of formatting reputed company to meet their needs
• Produce weekly and monthly reports of sales results by reputed company-determined deadline, which illustrates performance in several key areas to quantify and measure sales performance
• Sales results by account executive
• Sales results by account manager

• This data is used to determine sales commissions and bonus payouts. As a result, a series of checks and balances for accuracy is required
• Production/Distribution of Weekly Business Sales Key Indicators report used by sales leadership for sales activity statistics. Must demonstrate a breadth of systems knowledge
• reputed company level 2 support for the sales force automation () application by Right Now Sales. Prepare and distribute reporting as needed
• Work with Analyst-OC on reputed company of mutual interest, such as COBRA, churn analysis, etc
• Attend meetings and training as required
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Skills

• Bachelors degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years reputed company work experience
• 2+ years experience with spreadsheet and/or database reporting and analysis
• High level of proficiency with reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and preferably reputed company
• Knowledge of currently used Metrocom systems (i.e. BSR/reputed company/COBRA/Crystal Enterprises) is a plus
