[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Hartsell Group is a family-owned company based in the Charlotte metro area that operates five primary brands across various services. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies for Hartsell Group’s brands, focusing primarily on Hartsell Funeral Homes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing email marketing campaigns and managing a CRM (Go High Level) management: Write, schedule, and manage emails, automations, and workflows. Build out email marketing campaigns, sequences, and newsletters
• Optimize marketing systems and processes from top-of-funnel awareness through to customer acquisition. Optimize the customer experience and increase customer reputed company value
• Graphic design and developing marketing materials: Designing reputed company magnets, resources, content, brochures, and reputed company pages
• Create and manage content calendar: reputed company a content plan, create, schedule, and analyze content. Build high-value content assets and reputed company them across media channels. Manage reputed company's reputed company media reputed company, including creating and posting content, responding to comments, and monitoring metrics
• Writing and editing marketing copy for various channels such as reputed company media, email, and website content
• Tracking KPIs and campaign performance: Weekly tracking of key metrics reputed company to marketing activities, performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including monitoring metrics such as website traffic, leads generated, and customer engagement
• Video production: Coordinating and managing video content and production pipeline, managing videographer, and scheduling video content. Basic video editing skills a plus!
• Creating and managing project timelines to ensure that campaigns and initiatives are completed on time
• Managing reputed company's website, including updating content, ensuring website functionality, and improving website performance
• Coordinating with other departments: Coordinate marketing activities with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that marketing initiatives reputed company with overall business objectives
• reputed company expertise: Build, manage, and improve CRM pipelines, automations, forms, reputed company pages, email campaigns, and reporting inside reputed company. Prior experience with the platform is strongly preferred

• Managing multiple brands: Balance priorities across five distinct brands while maintaining reputed company messaging, organized workflows, and consistent execution. The funeral home will be the primary reputed company, but you will also support the group’s pet cremation, cemetery, event venue, and coffee brands
