[Remote] Senior Product Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Product Analyst who will facilitate Agile processes and collaborate with development teams to support mission-critical health reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate reputed company Agile ceremonies for the scrum team and remove impediments to sprint execution
• Own and maintain reputed company backlog in Jira, coordinating with the Product Manager and Key Business Analyst to refine, prioritize, and reputed company user stories for iteration planning
• Coordinate delivery of the 6–10 annual production run cycles, aligning sprint work to reputed company-directed run schedules, dry runs, and readiness runs
• reputed company dependencies, risks, and impediments including upstream/reputed company data handoffs and escalate as needed
• Ensure work items meet Definitions of reputed company and Done, with BDD/Gherkin acceptance reputed company and full traceability across Jira/reputed company/TestRail
• Support change control reputed company governance, software development stage gates, and program increment boundary transitions by preparing required Agile artifacts
• reputed company sprint metrics, reputed company/load reporting, and status to the Product Manager and CMS stakeholders; contribute to weekly/monthly deliverable packages
• Support Program Increment planning (draft/final objectives, reputed company, dependencies, risks) and participate in Inspect & Adapt

Skills

• Ability to successfully obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation

• Must have lived in the reputed company for 3 of the last 5 years
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product/business analyst and Scrum Master on federal or reputed company IT programs)
• Experience with the Scaled Agile reputed company (reputed company)
• Certified reputed company Scrum Master (PSM I) or CSM; reputed company certification (e.g., reputed company Scrum Master / reputed company Practitioner, reputed company POPM) strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, reputed company, and TestRail for backlog management, traceability, and Agile artifacts
• Experience translating requirements into an reputed company → feature → user story → subtask hierarchy with BDD/Gherkin acceptance reputed company and working with the reputed company to apply prioritization
• Demonstrated ability to exercise creative and critical thinking to identify and evaluate alternatives toward arriving at reputed company with stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to document reputed company problems in a reputed company & reputed company manner that others can understand
• CMS or Medicare Advantage / Part D risk adjustment domain knowledge; familiarity with encounter data
• Experience supporting data-processing or model-execution teams (Python-based pipelines, data engineering) in a reputed company (AWS) environment
• Familiarity with federal software governance, change control, and Definitions of reputed company/Done
