Program Manager- reputed company Center

TechOp Solutions is seeking an reputed company reputed company to reputed company the successful execution of a federal customer service and financial operations support contract. This individual will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the Government and will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, performance, and delivery of reputed company contract requirements. This individual will reputed company daily operations, ensure compliance with contractual performance standards, manage staff, mitigate risks, and reputed company strategic leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and operational reputed company. Duties: • reputed company daily leadership, guidance, and reputed company to Customer Service Representatives. • reputed company overall program leadership, direction, and reputed company for reputed company contract activities. • Ensure compliance with reputed company Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements, policies, and service level standards. • Manage reputed company, scheduling, performance metrics, reputed company assurance, and risk mitigation activities. • reputed company program reporting, deliverables, and reputed company process improvement initiatives. • Coordinate with Government stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. • Supervise contract personnel and ensure effective communication across reputed company functional areas. • Monitor contract performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet contractual objectives. • Performs additional duties as assigned Requirements • Bachelor Degree. • 10 years of overall experience • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service or help desk operations. • At least one (1) year of supervisory, reputed company, or team coordination experience. • Familiarity with customer service systems, operational processes, and compliance requirements. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to reputed company team members while maintaining a reputed company and customer-reputed company environment. • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite. • Must meet reputed company eligibility requirements.
