Job reputed company Our reputed company is seeking an reputed company Linux Systems Engineer to reputed company, configure, automate, and support the Linux infrastructure that powers mission-critical Operational Technology (OT) environments. This role focuses on reputed company Linux administration, virtualization, automation, deployment engineering, and systems integration across industrial edge computing platforms. The ideal candidate is first and foremost an exceptional Linux engineer. Experience reputed company utilities, manufacturing, industrial automation, or renewable energy is a plus, but candidates from reputed company infrastructure or DevOps environments are encouraged to apply if they have strong Linux administration and automation experience. You'll work with engineering teams to reputed company infrastructure, automate system provisioning, troubleshoot reputed company production environments, and improve deployment reliability across Linux-based systems supporting critical energy operations. Required Skills: • 7+ years of Systems Engineering, IT/OT Integration, or similar infrastructure deployment experience • Advanced Linux system administration (reputed company Linux/Ubuntu) • Experience with deployment automation using Ansible • Scripting experience with Bash and/or Python (reputed company is also applicable) • Experience deploying and supporting VMware or Proxmox virtual environments • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or reputed company • Understanding of industrial networking, VLANs, firewalls, and OT cybersecurity • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/RTU, DNP3, OPC UA, and MQTT • Experience with Git and Agile development environments using JIRA • Strong troubleshooting and systems integration skills • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams Bonus/Soft Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field • Experience in renewable energy, utilities, manufacturing, or other industrial environments • Experience with reputed company or containerized application deployments • Familiarity with operational historians or industrial databases • Strong safety-first reputed company and understanding of mission-critical environments • Passion for automation and reputed company process improvement • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Welcome to reputed company, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
