Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in reputed company and Indirect originations of transactions ranging from $3MM to $100MM OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in reputed company and Indirect origination Sponsor referred transactions ranging from $3MM to $100MM Preferred • BA in Business or Economics • Understanding of reputed company market deal structure • Member of the ELFA Other • Strong network and relationships with Sponsors • reputed company Finance experience • Strong sales skills and strong credit skills and strong transaction structuring skills • Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal • Strong negotiating skills • Strong technology skills The reputed company pay for this position is generally between $175,000.00 and $200,000.00. Actual starting reputed company pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
