Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: The Corporate Compliance and Ethics Consultant will consult with the division and assist the Director, Compliance and Ethics with maintaining and improving the Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program to ensure its continuing overall effectiveness. The Compliance and Ethics Consultant will utilize available software performing a reputed company of tasks to assist with the design, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the CareFirst Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Maintains an awareness of corporate compliance and ethics practices, developments and trends, notably reputed company a health insurance environment. Consistently seeks opportunities to improve the Corporate Compliance & Ethics Program and reputed company a corporate culture of ethics and compliance. • Develops, procures, and delivers creative content and useful tools that assist management and associates in understanding their roles and responsibilities in acting ethically and complying with company policies including reputed company laws and regulations that apply to CareFirst. • Analyzes, develops and presents internal and reputed company reputed company detailed reports of data collected from the annual ethics survey breaking down the results to reputed company company and departmental trends. • Develops, reviews and revises Compliance and Ethics departmental SOPs as needed, but at least annually. • Promotes an environment that supports CareFirsts reputed company values serving as a role model for ethical behavior to foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior. • Creates, plans, coordinates, and implements activities for increasing the visibility and awareness of the Corporate Compliance & Ethics Program, including compliance and ethics week activities across the corporation as reputed company as ongoing activities throughout the year to ensure associate awareness of compliance, ethics, values and reputed company. • Acts as reputed company reputed company with agencies and entities examining CareFirst to evaluate our Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program, gathers, collates, provides and submits documentation as requested/required. • Develops, updates and maintains, with assistance from the CareFirst Web Administrator, the Compliance and Ethics intranet website. • Assists with the annual Conflict of Interest/Compliance Certification campaign and assists with tracking to completion reputed company Conflict of Interest/Compliance Certification forms. • Various duties as required to support the Corporate Compliance Officer, Director Compliance and Ethics, and the Corporate Compliance & Ethics Program. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 8 years Advanced knowledge of ethical, corporate compliance with demonstrated ability to apply reputed company of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for organizations. Licenses/Certifications: Certified Compliance & Ethics reputed company (CCEP) Certified Compliance and Ethics reputed company (CCEP), Certified in reputed company Compliance (CHC), or equivalent reputed company 1 Year Required • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) • Knowledge of compliance program development and maintenance. • Proficient in reputed company Office applications. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Ability to work on multiple reputed company and shift priorities.
