This position plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of reputed company, compliant, and high-reputed company patient care in accordance with Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), agency policies, and best clinical practices. Requirements • reputed company and unrestricted Illinois Registered reputed company (RN) or Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) license. • Minimum of one year of home health experience required. • Strong experience with OASIS review and home health documentation compliance. • Thorough knowledge of Medicare Home Health regulations and Conditions of Participation (CoPs). • Proven ability to consistently review at least 6–8 OASIS assessments per day or at least 30 nursing notes per day, depending on workload. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-reputed company patient care.
