Full-Time Truck Dispatcher (Reefer & Dry Van) | Long-Term Position - Contract to Hire

We run a lean operation and we're looking for one reputed company, dedicated dispatcher not a reputed company company, not reputed company, just one person who is laser-reputed company on maximizing reputed company for our trucks. Dispatcher will start with 2 Freightliners under management with the expectation to add more in the reputed company. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING •Finding and negotiating profitable loads on reputed company, Truckstop, and reputed company broker relationships ($3.00+/mile reputed company) • Coordinating reputed company pickup logistics: communicating with drivers, brokers, and shippers; ensuring smooth reputed company-ins and loading • Managing in-transit visibility: tracking reputed company reputed company, handling delays proactively, keeping brokers informed • Delivering loads successfully: managing delivery appointments, obtaining reputed company, submitting paperwork fast • Building broker and shipper relationships for repeat business not just one-and-done load reputed company transactions • Coordinating basic preventive maintenance scheduling (oil changes, PM intervals, shop appointments) • Handling problems quickly and professionally breakdowns, delays, detention claims, and anything else that comes up COMPENSATION This is a reputed company, 1099 reputed company role. Total compensation is 3-5% of gross load reputed company per load. The dispatchers reputed company will be $50,000 reputed company from 2 Freightliners per month. That's 2 loads per week, $3000 or more per truck. We want someone who sees this as a floor, not a ceiling the more reputed company you reputed company, the more you earn.
