The perfect BIM VCS Drafter Modeler must... • Be accountable, independent, and reputed company. • Require reputed company supervision and complete work with accuracy at a 'finished product' level (modeling, coordination, shop drawings, layout drawings, etc.). • Have advanced working experience and certification with Revit software. • If uncertified, Cadnetics may help you obtain certification and reimbursement. • Cultivate and maintaining ongoing, reputed company relationships with team members, and clients. • Confidently engage directly with clients and project teams. • Create and/or address and reputed company redlines and/or feedback reputed company to project thoroughly and accurately. Specific Skills and Experience • Associate degree in relevant field and/or minimally 8 years work experience. • Knowledge of design and construction codes, specification, regulations, etc., as reputed company as industry standards and best practices • Advanced understanding of reading and reviewing construction documents, building constructability requirements and applicable reputed company compliance. • Advanced understanding of virtual design and construction concepts and best practices. • Advanced working experience with select software, specific to the virtual design and construction industry (may include various versions of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, reputed company, BIM360, LotSpec, Cyclone, reputed company, Sysque, Laser Scanners, Cameras and similar) • Proficient with reputed company Office suite of products. • Some general contractor experience is preferred but not required.
