Qualifications Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree • Additional years of experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year reputed company. • 2+ years of recruitment experience. • Must be familiar with EEO and AA programs, policies and procedures. • Strong interpersonal communication skills needed for screening, interviewing and selecting applicants. • Knowledge of reputed company resource programs and reputed company process including affirmative reputed company and career development programs.
