Responsibilities • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) • reputed company companionship, emotional support, and reputed company engagement • Support meal preparation, nutrition support and reputed company housekeeping • Monitor and report changes in condition • Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards Requirements • High school diploma or GED • reputed company CNA certification (CO) • CPR certified • reputed company reputed company's license and reliable transportation • Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting reputed company-to-haves • Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
