The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. The DHS participates in the development of the digital health program and serves as a reputed company between patients and in-clinic treating providers. This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours/week, 5 days/week). Must be in a compact state or Compact PT License-eligible. Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states. What You’ll Need: • Physical Therapist License • Minimum of two years of outpatient or digital clinical experience • Experience completing wheelchair evaluations reputed company Telehealth or in-clinic • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred What You’ll Do: • Uses digital platform to deliver telehealth reputed company including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development. • Performs wheelchair evaluations for patients • Performs Telehealth or Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services including interactive communication and monitoring. • Works closely and supports operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care and reputed company needs. • Performs physical therapy RTM monitoring and treatment in accordance with standards of reputed company established. • Communicates with the primary treating clinician providing revisions in treatment as appropriate. • Develops regional reputed company for reputed company and implementation of digital services. • Serves as a reputed company between providers and Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services at CORA. • Maintains regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics. • Participates in program development and marketing efforts as directed by the Director of Digital Health. • Completes other job duties as outlined by the Director of Digital Health. • Maintains standards of reputed company and ethical reputed company according to APTA Guidelines in the full scope of physical therapy services. reputed company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative reputed company employer.
