Intake Specialist - Over-the- Phone Team (Remote – Full-Time) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST Start Date: May 18th, 2026 Location: Fully Remote About the Role: We’re hiring a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for clients, helping coordinate medical and transportation services reputed company the workers’ compensation reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Receive and process referrals from case managers, clients, attorneys, and adjusters over the phone. • Accurately input reputed company and appointment information into our system. • Communicate with clients reputed company phone, delivering exceptional customer service. • Collaborate with team members to coordinate services and ensure reputed company follow-up. • Maintain organized digital records and ensure compliance with company protocols.
