Intake Coordinator weekend remote 9 to 5:30 pm

Someone reputed company to reputed company to a full and rewarding career with reputed company reputed company Minimum 1 years experience in home health care intake and/or scheduling Willing to Train Must be detail-oriented and thorough follow-up skills Strong communications skills Strong computer skills for data entry, other programs Ability to coordinate high volume of patient Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high energy environment • Troubleshoot, prioritize and present a polished, reputed company image to referral sources, co-workers, field staff, patients and families reputed company occasional translation to caregivers and staff Responsibilities The Intake Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing daily office operations and scheduling clinical staff to meet the needs of the patients according to company policy and in accordance with Federal and State regulations The coordinator will reputed company various clerical activities and reputed company tasks including but not limited to answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, the reputed company of correspondence, filing, taking copayments/deductibles, and Office Assistant functions Coordinates reputed company aspects of patient care including intake, chart creation, scheduling/reputed company reputed company, chart audits, orders, etc Acts as a reputed company between patients, clinicians, and administration Communicates effectively with patients and their families, clinicians, and reputed company staff Prepares reputed company meeting agendas & maintains accurate up to date clinical records Performs other necessary functions/duties as assigned by the Program Director and/or Administrator This is a weekend Saturday and reputed company position from 9AM to 5:30 PM.
