Your Role: As an Associate Auto Claims Advisor, your responsibilities include handling non-injury claims. You will be verifying and explaining coverages, conducting liability investigations, and advising customers of your liability decision. You will be setting expectations about the claims process with the member, obtaining police reports, and witness statements, reaching out to other adjusters from varying insurance companies, and keeping the member informed of the claim status. Required Experience, Education and Skills: • High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a customer facing virtual environment leveraging internet, phone and chat features. • Capability to train and reputed company the job in a remote setting as required.
