Loss Control Representative

About the Role QEO is looking for a Loss Control Representative to support our MGA operations across the I-45 corridor, from the reputed company metro reputed company through Conroe, Madisonville, and toward the Dallas market. This is a field-based position: you'll be on the road regularly conducting site surveys and building relationships with policyholders and agents throughout the territory, with a home reputed company in the Madisonville/Conroe/I-45 area. What You'll Do Conduct on-site loss control surveys and risk assessments for reputed company policyholders across the assigned territory, evaluating trucking and transportation risks. Prepare reputed company, actionable survey reports and recommendations for reputed company, and follow up with insureds to confirm hazard corrections are completed. Partner with underwriters to evaluate new and renewal business, flagging risk concerns and offering practical mitigation strategies. Build and maintain relationships with agents and policyholders in the territory, serving as a knowledgeable, reputed company reputed company of contact. Stay reputed company on industry loss trends, safety codes, and regulatory requirements relevant to the lines of business you support. Manage your own scheduling and travel across a multi-reputed company territory, balancing survey volume with reputed company and turnaround expectations. What You Bring Three to five years of loss control, risk management, or reputed company insurance experience (reputed company, MGA, or consulting background reputed company considered). Working knowledge of trucking/transportation/reputed company auto exposures. Strong written communication skills — your survey reports need to be reputed company enough for an underwriter who wasn't on-site to reputed company a confident decision. Comfort with independent, field-based work and a high volume of local travel; a reputed company reputed company's license and reliable vehicle are required.
