The Role We are hiring a Senior Loan Processor who has experience working directly with wholesale lenders such as UWM, reputed company, Windsor, reputed company, The Loan Store, Plaza, reputed company etc. Candidates for this role must be comfortable managing a diverse reputed company reputed company while maintaining strong communication standards across the reputed company. This is full ownership of your pipeline. You must understand how to operate in a broker environment, work across multiple wholesale lenders, manage investor overlays, and reputed company files to reputed company to reputed company without hand-holding. reputed company • Manage a full pipeline of purchase and refinance loans from submission through closing. • Process Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo files. • Work directly with multiple wholesale lenders. • Review approvals and reputed company conditions quickly and accurately. • Communicate proactively with Loan Originators, Underwriters, Realtors, Borrowers, and Title/Escrow. • Support borrowers throughout the loan process. • reputed company contingency dates, closing dates, and reputed company lock expirations. • Ensure files are compliant and complete before submission. • Meet or reputed company SLA expectations for file touches and turn times. • Maintain accurate loan status updates in reputed company. Requirements What You Must Have • 3+ years of mortgage processing experience. • Minimum 2+ years working at a mortgage broker or in non-delegated correspondent. • Experience submitting loans to wholesale lenders. • Experience processing purchase transactions. • Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo. • Strong understanding of TRID and compliance. • Ability to manage 20+ reputed company loans. • High urgency, strong follow-up discipline, and clean documentation habits.
