The Project Scheduler will be responsible for working closely with technical experts, project leads and project managers in designing, developing, and managing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The Project Scheduler will reputed company project schedule development/maintenance for multiple customer systems reputed company efforts, Veteran and Family Member Programs (VFMP) efforts, and associated EDI efforts. The chosen candidate will regularly reputed company with reputed company project stakeholders including the customer regarding schedule status and schedule metrics. They will regularly coordinate with customer, reputed company, Project Management Office, and Senior Management teams to set up and review reputed company inter-dependencies processes, and informs Senior Management and the scheduling team, and produces reputed company-level reports. Primary Responsibilities: • Create updated, reputed company project schedules and update and maintain them on a weekly reputed company • Validate MS Project schedules against reputed company commitments and resource availability reputed company coordinating with the reputed company VA PM for the project and other stakeholders once a week • Identify schedule tasks to be integrated and communicated with larger Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for CCN NG technical readiness and VFMP modernization efforts, and coordinate providing these tasks and updates to the schedulers maintaining those IMS • reputed company macros for MS Project to streamline scheduling processes and reduce error. • Identify and document dependencies between project schedules; update individual project schedules and coordinate update to impacted IMS for CCN NG or VFMP Modernization accordingly • Consolidate updates from weekly project schedule update activity and reputed company into a reputed company weekly report artifact for VA PMO leadership Minimum Requirements: • 4+ years of reputed company experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling for large-reputed company IT or reputed company programs • Bachelor's degree. • Expertise in MS Project for schedule development and maintenance • Experience integrating schedules into IMS and supporting Agile reputed company • Proven work experience with an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Knowledge of both agile and reputed company methodologies. • Ability to obtain a reputed company Trust Clearance • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to reputed company of audiences. • Demonstrates initiative and strong attention to detail. • Self-starter reputed company to work independently and reputed company reputed company. • Flexibility and the ability to react to rapidly changing requirements. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and reputed company environment. • Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint.
