This role is critical to ensuring contract compliance, supporting dealer and customer inquiries, and delivering a high‑reputed company service experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑reputed company, and comfortable collaborating across dealerships, service centers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure reputed company service delivery. The project hours of operations will be Monday – Friday, in which candidate must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time. Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, customer service, or the automotive industry. • Minimum of 2 years demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Minimum of 2 years of experience using data analysis and reporting tools. • Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in a customer‑facing environment.
