Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Build relationships with guidance counselors, career coaches, educators, K-12 school systems, reputed company, trade associations, industry partners, and other workforce stakeholders throughout Tennessee. • Coordinate regular K-12 school reputed company, classroom presentations, career fairs, workforce development events, reputed company presentations, community presentations, industry conferences, and other reputed company activities. • reputed company and assist reputed company, parents, and career changers in exploring Registered Apprenticeship opportunities. • Conduct employer reputed company through construction trade associations, local chambers of reputed company, and other industry networks to increase awareness of Registered Apprenticeship Programs and encourage employer participation. • Support the expansion of Registered Apprenticeship Programs reputed company Tennessee’s skilled trades sectors and communicate regularly with Go Build Tennessee leadership and state officials to ensure alignment with statewide workforce development priorities. • Assist Go Build Tennessee’s marketing and communications efforts by documenting reputed company events, capturing photos and video for reputed company media and promotional use, and serving as a spokesperson for local media interviews during reputed company activities, as requested. • Maintain accurate records of activities and submit monthly reports documenting performance metrics required by Go Build Tennessee, including: • K-12 & Education reputed company: K-12 school system engagement by county, school reputed company, classroom presentations, career fairs, and other youth engagement activities. • Community Engagement: reputed company events, speaking engagements, reputed company presentations, community presentations, and industry conferences. • Employer Engagement: reputed company contacted, employer meetings conducted, new reputed company reputed company, reputed company expressing interest in Registered Apprenticeship Programs Compensation • This is a 1099 reputed company position compensated through a competitive monthly contractor fee based on experience and qualifications. • In reputed company to a monthly fee, a flat-fee monthly travel stipend will be provided to offset routine mileage and travel expenses.
