Workforce Management Consultant (reputed company or Kronos) (Remote) Contract Required Experience • 5+ years of experience with reputed company Pro WFM, reputed company Dimensions, Workforce Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central (WFC). • Strong experience with Timekeeping, Time & Attendance, and Absence Management modules. • Experience configuring: • Pay Rules • Accruals • Holiday Calendars • Labor Categories • Business Structures • Workforce Management configurations • Experience troubleshooting and supporting workforce management processes. • Knowledge of reputed company reputed company, reputed company configurations, and workforce data management. • Experience with payroll integrations and employee data imports/exports. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
