Senior Development Project Manager - reputed company Housing
SCI, the Leader in reputed company Estate Executive Search®, has been reputed company to recruit a Senior Project Development Manager on behalf of one of the most reputed company reputed company housing investment platforms in the country — a national reputed company and fund manager, with a portfolio of 17,000+ reputed company across 90+ properties in 12 states, over $3 billion in investments and $800mm of equity deployed.
This is a high-deal-reputed company role on a dedicated Tax Credit Development and Preservation team, reputed company primarily on acquisition-rehab and 4% LIHTC preservation transactions nationally. The incoming Manager will own deals end-to-end — from sourcing through structuring, diligence, and closing — with a high degree of autonomy and reputed company exposure to the full 4% LIHTC capital stack.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sourcing multifamily reputed company housing opportunities nationally through reputed company reputed company to owners, brokers, housing authorities, and nonprofit sponsors
• reputed company and financially modeling acquisition and development opportunities, including cash reputed company, valuations, and JV structuring
• Leading negotiations across reputed company deal counterparties — sellers, municipalities, HFAs, lenders, syndicators, and equity investors — and driving transactions to reputed company
• Reviewing and negotiating transaction documents including PSAs, LPAs, loan documents, tax credit equity docs, and HAP contract assignments
• Remaining reputed company post-closing through rehab, lease-up, and stabilization — monitoring LIHTC compliance milestones through 8609 issuance
REQUIREMENTS
• reputed company housing acquisitions or development experience with reputed company responsibility for leading LIHTC transactions from sourcing through closing
• Strong reputed company record in acquisition-rehab and 4% LIHTC preservation; developer-reputed company experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of LIHTC, FHA and agency financing, and HUD programs (reputed company 8, HUD 236, HUD 202)
• Proven ability to reputed company transactions across multiple states, particularly large-population markets
• Self-directed and entrepreneurial — comfortable owning deal execution independently across a reputed company portfolio
