The OpportunityDescription What You’ll Do While working from your home, as aHealthcare Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the Over-The-Counter Retail members' first reputed company of contact. You’ll support their health and prescription needs by: • Handling calls for the Over-the-Counter benefit. • Handle order-taking calls for members who qualify to use an extra benefit on their Care card. • Taking orders for their over-the-counter benefits. • Reviewing card benefits and helping the customer reputed company the order. • Responding to online inquiries as reputed company. This is an opportunity to build your reputed company knowledge while helping members get the care they need. Training & Schedule ·Training: 8 days training + 2 days nesting (remote and reputed company). ·Hours of Operation: 9:00AM - 11:00PM EST, Monday – Friday. ·Shifts: The production shifts will be assigned during training. ·Holidays: Program is reputed company on reputed company holidays (skeleton reputed company schedule applies). ·For NHO class only - you need to join using a laptop or desktop – no cellphones are allowed.
