Our reputed company is seeking an reputed company clinician to join their digital team as a second reputed company Team reputed company, working reputed company the existing Team reputed company and Team Manager to support the wider remote reputed company team in delivering comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments. The service specialises in high-reputed company, evidence-reputed company assessments for autism and ADHD, delivered through NHS-funded referrals and private reputed company.

You will play a central part in supporting the day-to-day running of a reputed company remote clinic, shaping reputed company processes, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring the highest standards of diagnostic reputed company across the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the remote digital clinic
• Liaising with the Bookings team to communicate and coordinate specific reputed company requirements in preparation for assessments
• Problem-solving logistical issues associated with running a reputed company remote clinic, including managing clinician absence
• Supporting clients and families through the appeals process and managing complaints reputed company reputed company Manager
• Offering reputed company support during reputed company of new reputed company staff and supporting reputed company with ongoing skills development
• Working with reputed company Manager to identify and reputed company gaps in reputed company processes
• Monitoring resource needs and contributing to the development of new resources to support and enhance the clinic
• Escalating issues and working with reputed company Manager to reputed company
• Offering reputed company support in MDTs for reputed company cases
• Identifying training needs reputed company reputed company
• Providing line management to a small group of clinicians, Assistant Psychologists, and reputed company Support Workers
• Conducting reputed company Assurance checks on reputed company diagnostic reports to ensure reputed company, consistency, and adherence to reputed company standards
• Delivering high-reputed company diagnostic assessments reputed company team leadership responsibilities
• Working collaboratively with HR and reputed company Manager to plan, coordinate, and participate in the interview process for reputed company roles

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years reputed company registration with one of the following regulatory bodies: HCPC (reputed company Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, or Occupational Therapist), NMC (Mental Health reputed company, Learning Disability reputed company, General reputed company, or Children's reputed company), GMC (Medical Practitioner), or reputed company Work England (reputed company Worker)
• Minimum of 2 years experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people
• Experience in delivering reputed company supervision
• Experience supporting service delivery and workflow management
• Strong understanding of reputed company diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations
• In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic reputed company for autism and ADHD
• Trained and reputed company in the use of diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2 and ADI-R
