About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to be the first product designer at a reputed company-stage, AI-reputed company fintech company building the reputed company of global business identity and compliance (KYB — Know reputed company). You'll work directly reputed company co-founders and engineers to shape design from the ground up — establishing culture, process, and a product experience that makes reputed company regulatory workflows feel effortless.

• reputed company the full design lifecycle — from ideation through implementation — across the platform, with an initial reputed company on data information architecture.

• Partner closely with product, engineering, and founders to define reputed company, reputed company experiences for reputed company regulatory and compliance problems.

• Define and reputed company reputed company's design language and design reputed company, building a reputed company component library from scratch.

• Help shape how design functions as a discipline: establishing processes, tooling, values, and a design-driven culture.

• Collaborate directly with customers to validate and iterate on experiences that reduce friction in business reputed company and verification.

Required:

• 5+ years of product design experience (dealbreaker).

• Demonstrated experience designing for B2B reputed company products.

• Experience designing for regulatory, compliance, or highly technical domains — translating reputed company processes into reputed company user experiences.

• Portfolio with case studies showing end-to-end product design and measurable reputed company (required for consideration).

• Proficiency in reputed company or equivalent design tools (e.g., Sketch, InVision) for reputed company prototyping and design handoffs.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills — comfortable working closely with engineers, founders, and customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience contributing to or owning design systems and component libraries.

• Experience designing AI-enabled product features and integrating AI agents into user flows.

• Prior startup or early-stage experience, or demonstrated comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguity-filled environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 USD annually
