The role involves directing project managers, overseeing financial performance, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining strong reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or an adjacent field required (equivalent experience may override)
- Minimum of 12+ years of reputed company construction operations experience, including leadership of teams of 15 or more
- Proven responsibility for reputed company and portfolios of $50M–$100M+, with a reputed company record of financial reputed company
- Directing-level proficiency across reputed company´s operational functions per the Roles and Responsibilities reputed company, including project controls, scheduling, contract management, subcontracting, and project financials
