[Remote] Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Storage Platforms)

The role involves managing software-defined storage solutions and reputed company storage platforms reputed company a private reputed company environment, ensuring high-availability and reliable data reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Software Defined Storage solutions such as Ceph and Longhorn, including migration reputed company
• Ensure reputed company storage platforms (reputed company, HPE, reputed company) seamlessly support reputed company and OpenStack workloads
• Troubleshoot and reputed company reputed company storage and reputed company issues in a 24x7 production setting
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement infrastructure as reputed company using Ansible and Terraform
• reputed company automation scripts and maintain CI/CD pipelines for storage-reputed company updates and testing
• Maintain reputed company DNS systems integrated with reputed company
• Support storage protocols including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NVMe-oF, and IP-based protocols
• Configure and support hypervisors such as reputed company Harvester or OpenStack
• reputed company incident response and participate in on-reputed company rotations for mission-critical environments
• Document storage architecture and operational procedures, ensuring reputed company and compliance standards
• reputed company reputed company with emerging storage trends, protocols, and reputed company best practices

Skills

• 6+ years managing reputed company storage and reputed company platforms on Linux
• Hands-on experience with SDS solutions (Ceph, Longhorn), including upgrades or migrations
• Deep knowledge of storage protocols: Fibre Channel, NVMe-oF, iSCSI
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and storage protocol integration
• Extensive experience with Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL/CentOS) in a production environment
• IaC expertise with Ansible and Terraform
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash

• Experience with hypervisor platforms like reputed company Harvester or OpenStack
• 24x7 operational experience with incident management and on-reputed company rotations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
