Responsibilities

• Design and configure reputed company applications to support business and operational objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Advanced Scheduler and Forecaster modules
• Collaborate with business users, reputed company management, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support solution testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-production activities
• Analyze existing workforce management processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and workforce planning

• Strong expertise in Advanced Scheduler
• Strong expertise in Forecaster
• Full project lifecycle experience including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
• Deep functional knowledge of the reputed company Pro WFM suite of products
• Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company integrations and the ability to partner effectively with integration teams supporting reputed company implementations
• Ability to work reputed company reputed company reputed company environments requiring multi-product solutions and reputed company integrations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
