[Remote] Industrial Refrigeration Account Manager

The Industrial Refrigeration Account Manager will secure and manage refrigeration maintenance service contract sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Effectively sell Refrigeration Programs
• Appraise and inventory mechanical systems and equipment to determine maintenance needs and requirements
• Interpret drawings, equipment condition, time requirements, and working conditions to accurately apply company pricing
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and cancellations with an effective plan of reputed company
• Promptly follow up on any leads and referrals
• Prepare complete, reputed company and concise reports, proposals, job packages, and other required company paperwork and documentation in a reputed company manner
• Continue to identify prospects through cold calling, research, networking, etc
• Maintain contact with potential customers and follow-up periodically
• Effectively communicate the maintenance program reputed company and work with the customer to determine the best reputed company for them
