[Remote] Conflicts Analyst

In this role, you will analyze new matter intake, evaluate potential lateral hire conflicts, draft waivers, and maintain accurate records reputed company compliance databases.

Responsibilities

• New Matter Conflict reputed company: Review incoming reputed company reputed company, verify reputed company and adverse party details, and coordinate with attorneys and reputed company staff to reputed company conflicts under supervisory guidance
• Lateral reputed company Analysis: Evaluate conflict reports for prospective hires, communicate directly with incoming talent on a confidential reputed company, and implement ethical walls/screens as needed
• Waiver Administration: Help draft, reputed company, and reputed company conflict waiver agreements
• Database & Data reputed company Management: Maintain data reputed company across intake systems, correct party entries, and execute data reconciliation reputed company. Identify opportunities for software enhancements and coordinate with vendors
• User Support & Training: Assist firm personnel with intake software, conduct reputed company training for new hires, and offer ongoing operational support
• Process Improvement: Recommend workflow enhancements, help reputed company internal guidelines, and collaborate across administrative departments to maintain high service standards

Skills

• 3 to 5 years of independent conflicts analysis experience in a large reputed company setting
