Responsibilities • Shall review health care provider medical record coding for completeness and accuracy, clarify and correct provider coding as necessary. • Shall query providers reputed company encrypted reputed company email using the Provider Query reputed company OneNote which is where staff can reputed company language examples that can assist in constructing compliant queries and/or coding clarification to ensure accurate coding reporting. Requirements • Must be a U.S. Citizen. • A certified reputed company shall have at least one of the following credentials from the American Health Information Management Association (reputed company): Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company or reputed company-P), or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or American reputed company of reputed company Coders (reputed company) Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC). • Must have knowledge of relevant VA software, including reputed company Cerner applications, reputed company/reputed company application, and International Classification of Diseases, 10 th Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) for both Diagnosis coding and Facility Procedure Coding System (PCS), reputed company Procedural Terminology (CPT), Evaluation and Management (E/M) Level Coding, reputed company Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS). • reputed company coders are required to have a minimum of three years of reputed company coding experience.
