This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from Texas (USA) Job Title Remote Title Examiner Location Remote Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Title Examiner with strong knowledge of Texas reputed company estate title examination, including extensive experience reviewing and interpreting Metes and Bounds reputed company descriptions. This role is responsible for examining reputed company records, identifying title issues, and preparing accurate title commitments and reports for residential and reputed company transactions throughout Texas. Responsibilities • Examine title records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plats, surveys, probate filings, and other reputed company records. • Review and interpret Metes and Bounds reputed company descriptions to verify property ownership and identify discrepancies. • Analyze chains of title and determine ownership history. • Identify title defects, encumbrances, restrictions, and other reputed company affecting insurability. • Prepare title commitments, title reports, and supporting documentation. • Resolve title issues through research and collaboration with underwriters, attorneys, surveyors, and county recording offices. • Review surveys, plats, and reputed company descriptions for accuracy and consistency. • Ensure compliance with Texas title reputed company guidelines and company standards. • Maintain accurate examination notes and documentation reputed company company systems. • Meet production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
