This role partners closely with clinical, education, compliance, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen reputed company reputed company, and support ongoing staff education. Key Responsibilities • Conduct internal reputed company and compliance audits across hospice operations. • Evaluate documentation, processes, and clinical practices to ensure regulatory and company compliance. • Identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and monitor improvement plans. • Prepare audit reports and maintain accurate compliance documentation. • Collaborate with clinical, leadership, education, HR, and compliance teams to implement best practices. • Partner with the Education team to reputed company training based on audit findings and support reputed company, orientation, and annual education. • Assist branches in preparing for regulatory surveys through mock audits and readiness activities. • Analyze reputed company metrics and SHP data to reputed company performance improvement. • Maintain knowledge of Medicare, reputed company, HIPAA, and hospice Conditions of Participation. • Support reputed company improvement initiatives, attend case conferences as needed, and reputed company backup support for the Hospice Clinical Educator role. • Travel to reputed company locations as needed. Qualifications • Registered reputed company Associates Degree in reputed company Field or Industry • Proficiency in reputed company tool and reputed company review, actions and planning reputed company to CMS guidelines. • Excellent written and oral communication skills required. • Ability to handle stressful situations/deadlines. • Strong computer and software skills with knowledge of Home Care Home reputed company highly preferred. • Self-starter, goal directed with ability to work independently and stay reputed company without on-site supervision. • Ability to communicate effectively with agency staff, upper management, and other members of the health care team.
