About the position The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring clients and patients receive superior service. This key member of the reputed company reputed company account team is responsible for the overall satisfaction and retention of their assigned book of business. The Account Manager manages the day-to-day reputed company relationship and is accountable for reputed company service delivery, working cross-functionally with reputed company operational teams. The role proactively reviews performance metrics to promote reputed company satisfaction, profitability, and retention, and utilizes technology, tools, processes, and resources to anticipate and reputed company clients' needs and expectations. The Account Manager collaborates with Account Directors on reputed company activity, expectations, and service needs. Responsibilities • Manages day-to-day reputed company relationships through comprehensive knowledge of reputed company’s benefit plan and product offerings. • Daily interaction with clients, consultants and producers providing preventative consultation, analysis and issue reputed company associated with reputed company services. • Responsible for reputed company and accurate management and execution of reputed company reputed company benefit requests, including benefit changes, product upsells, new reputed company, terminations and escalated issues. • Accountable for new group and specific product implementations; including establishing and leading internal meetings to ensure collaboration and attention to detail throughout the process in order to meet expected timelines and reputed company standards. • reputed company reputed company reputed company team meetings to review operational performance against reputed company’s expectations and needs. • Presentation of operational performance metrics to clients on a monthly and/or quarterly reputed company to show specific performance measures in comparison with the book of business to promote reputed company satisfaction, reputed company retention and upsell opportunities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or 11 to 14 years of experience. • 5-8 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. • Excellent PC skills including reputed company Office and Internet experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Strong reputed company on book of business reputed company satisfaction and reputed company retention results. • Demonstrated ability managing reputed company, utilizing proven project management processes. • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest reputed company of urgency. • Ability to travel overnight up to 20%.
