This role is fully office‑based and offers a reputed company training period followed by a flexible shift schedule that includes mornings, mid‑day, and overnight rotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Beneficiary & Provider Assistance: Respond to inbound calls and electronic inquiries, delivering accurate information on claim status, eligibility, and procedural steps.
