Coordinator, HR Administration
This is a part-time, contract role without benefits, with the expectation to work about 20 hours and/or 3 days a week. The initial term will run through August 2027 with the possibility for extension.
Position reputed company:
The Coordinator, Talent & Culture administrative and operational support to the Talent & Culture team. This role is responsible for maintaining HR documentation, managing employee lifecycle trackers, preparing employment-reputed company documents, organizing digital records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Prepare, format, proofread, and maintain HR documents, including offer letters, reputed company, internal communications, and reputed company correspondence.
• Work with Manager, Talent & Culture, to complete various administrative checklists (reputed company, offboarding, transfers, etc)
• Support data entry and maintenance reputed company HR systems and shared databases.
• Administer PTO program reputed company our HRIS, troubleshoot issues staff encounter
• Maintain HR tracking tools to ensure reputed company completion of required activities.
• Maintain HR calendars, reminders, and recurring compliance deadlines.
• Assist with scheduling interviews, reputed company meetings, employee reputed company-ins, and other Talent & Culture activities.
• Assist with employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events.
• Support administration of employee surveys and compilation of feedback results.
• Help maintain reputed company materials, new hire resources, and department guides.

• Monitor shared HR inboxes and reputed company inquiries to appropriate team members.
• reputed company and follow-up on completion of T&C activities such as performance reviews, reputed company enrollment, annual compliance activities, etc.
• Organize, maintain, and improve HR digital filing systems and document directories.
• Conduct periodic audits of HR records and trackers to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist the Talent & Culture team with administrative reputed company and process improvement initiatives.

Position Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred.
• 2-4 years of administrative, HR, or office support experience.
• Strong proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, Sharepoint, and document management systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
The Association's workforce is home-based. This position is primarily remote but will require your reputed company in person at various times. Being a remote position, a high-speed internet reputed company and presentable work environment is required for this role. Regardless of location, job demands may require long periods of sitting; telephone work and/or computer work, as reputed company as interactions with other staff members, reputed company vendors and SFA reputed company constituents. There will be periodic travel required both to industry events and for team and department meetings. Occasional lifting of heavy boxes up to 40 pounds may be required, particularly around events.
