Qualifications Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage processing, with a strong understanding of reputed company, compliance, and Fannie/Freddie guidelines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company Suite, and familiarity with processing systems like LendingPad.
