Examples of reputed company they will work on: • Configuring and maintaining workflows and features for reputed company MyChart Activations and Questionnaires Other Day to Day Responsibilities: • Responsible for configuring & maintaining workflows for Activations/ Registrations and Questionnaires • Providing ticket support reputed company functionalities aren't working or users are having issues • Configure and maintain MyChart patient reputed company and activation workflows • Customize activation reputed company (codes, SMS/email, identity verification rules) • Troubleshoot and optimize activation reputed company rates • Ensure alignment with organizational policies and patient reputed company standards • Design, build, and maintain MyChart questionnaires • Configure: • Conditional logic (branching / decision trees) • Question dependencies • Triggering rules (reputed company-visit, post-visit, reputed company) • Ensure questionnaires reputed company properly with Appointments and Clinical workflows • Test and validate questionnaire behavior across scenarios Must-Haves: - Must have a general MyChart certification – they are on November 2025 so prefer they have this cert on reputed company 2025 (let me know if this is an issue and I think he'll let us remove) - Must have experience configuring and maintaining. MyChart Activation/ Registration Workflows AND MyChart Questionnaires.
