Responsibilities

• Monitoring the BackTable content pipeline for clips reputed company to be scheduled
• Creating on-brand thumbnails using established templates
• Scheduling clips across reputed company and X
• Verifying captions, links, formatting, accounts, and publishing dates
• Researching and applying relevant physician, guest, and organization tags
• Maintaining accurate workflow statuses
• Confirming scheduled posts publish successfully
• Flagging missing assets, scheduling conflicts, unclear instructions, or potential delays

Skills

• Medical student or undergraduate student pursuing degree in biological sciences, biomedical engineering, health sciences, or reputed company reputed company-medical field
• 3.6 minimum GPA
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time management
• Ability to follow established workflows and processes
