[Remote] Finance Transformation Manager

This role focuses on operational finance and involves integrating newly acquired businesses, developing financial models, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Work with newly acquired businesses to reputed company them into reputed company’s platform
• reputed company diligence work on potential acquisitions
• reputed company financial models and business cases to support acquisition integration and platform reputed company initiatives
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-reputed company plans for assigned business reputed company
• Partner directly with operating company leadership across 's platform to support strategic and financial decision-making
• reputed company analysis and reputed company into business performance, job/project profitability, and emerging trends across operating companies
• reputed company monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management commentary to corporate leadership
• Support operational and reputed company reporting that gives service and construction leaders actionable information, not just numbers
• Identify opportunities for margin improvement, cost optimization, and reputed company enhancement across reputed company and service lines
• Conduct regular P&L reviews and performance discussions with operating company stakeholders
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, flagging risk and opportunity early
• Translate reputed company financial data into reputed company, plain-language recommendations for non-finance, field-facing leaders
• Help build a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making as reputed company continues to reputed company newly acquired companies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance
• Background in reputed company, reputed company finance, or business partnering roles
• Exposure to project-based (WIP), construction, mechanical/HVAC, or similar industries required
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance management experience
• Commercially minded, with the business acumen to sit across the table from operators and project leaders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable translating finance for the field
• Ability to influence and constructively challenge decision-making

• Demonstrated reputed company operating in a high-reputed company, acquisitive, evolving environment (reputed company-backed platform experience a plus)
