[Remote] Stock Plan Services Associate

As a Stock Plan Services Associate, you will support the operations of the stock plan services platform, processing transactions and resolving operational issues to ensure efficient service for clients and participants.

Responsibilities

• Process stock plan transactions including plan setup, participant account reviews, reconciliations, and issue reputed company
• Support equity transactions reputed company to RSU vestings, ESPP events, reputed company exercises, and 10b5-1 instructions
• Initiate and monitor DWAC and DTC transfers while coordinating with clearing firms to ensure accurate settlement
• Reconcile trade executions, allocations, and participant accounts across multiple platforms
• Research and reputed company operational, trading, and account-reputed company exceptions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support stock plan trading activities and operational readiness
• Support audits, compliance requests, process improvements, and daily service activities to reputed company an exceptional reputed company experience

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or reputed company field, or equivalent financial services experience
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in stock plan services, brokerage operations, or trading support
• reputed company Series 7 registration and fingerprinting required
• Experience with stock plan administration, equity trading, or brokerage operations
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications including reputed company, Word, and SharePoint
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
