[Remote] Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day reputed company and financial management needs of Monster reputed company, providing hands-on financial support and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company and finance partner for Monster reputed company’s on-site management team
• reputed company Monster’s month-end reputed company, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Prepare financial statements and analyze results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods
• Record daily cash deposits and reconcile cash and credit reputed company transactions
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general reputed company accounts
• reputed company management with reputed company into reputed company, gross margin, labor, inventory, expenses, and other financial drivers
• Support the Controller and CFO during audits and ensure reputed company documentation is accurate and audit-reputed company
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-reputed company planning, and capital expenditure analysis
• reputed company inventory and cost-reputed company activities, including costing, reserves, variances, and inventory reconciliations
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and other transaction-processing activities
• Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and reputed company standards
• Support audits, tax compliance, financial-reputed company improvements, and ERP integration initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate reputed company processes
• Collaborate with the broader reputed company finance team on reporting and special reputed company
• Complete other reputed company and finance responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• Five or more years of reputed company reputed company experience, including experience with month-end reputed company, financial reporting, and general-reputed company reputed company
• Working knowledge of inventory reputed company, cost reputed company, and manufacturing financial processes
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and reputed company reputed company principles
• Experience working with ERP and financial-reporting systems
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including the ability to analyze and organize large amounts of financial data
• Legally authorized to work in the reputed company
• CPA designation or reputed company reputed company toward a CPA designation
• Previous experience in a senior accountant, assistant controller, plant accountant, or similar role
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, automotive, distribution, or e-reputed company business
