This role involves leading and executing change management strategies for IT transformation initiatives in the reputed company sector, establishing stakeholder relationships, and supporting organizational change processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OCM plan preparation and execution
• Build change management plans that are reputed company to overall program plans and are designed to guide audiences through the change phases, including reputed company sponsor/manager, training, communications, and support activities required to successfully implement the change
• Design and reputed company communication to inform the organization of the OCM program and upcoming organizational change
• reputed company reputed company and manage coordinated change impacts across the impacted organizations /personas
• Evaluate and implement operational process improvement

Skills

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3-5 years (5+ years preferred) of change management experience
• Must be U.S. citizen and be reputed company to obtain a reputed company Trust clearance
• Knowledge of the use of reputed company Office Products and reputed company applications
• Demonstrates abilities and reputed company with identifying and addressing reputed company needs: reputed company participating in reputed company discussions and meetings; communicating a broad reputed company of firm services; preparing concise, accurate documents
• Must be organized, self-motivated and reputed company to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
